  • Register online, enroll in our loyalty program, or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Provide your phone number at a participating restaurant’s Point of Sale while signing up for the loyalty program.
  • Enroll in the loyalty program through our mobile app and explicitly agree to receive SMS messages.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website or app via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

SodaRush collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account.
  • Provide loyalty program benefits, including membership updates and relevant communications.

By joining our loyalty program, you consent to receive SMS communications from us regarding your membership, exclusive promotions, and other relevant updates. You opt-in to these communications when you:

Opt-Out If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How do we store your data?

SodaRush securely stores your data in the Google Cloud according to industry best practices.

Marketing

SodaRush would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, including via email and SMS (as described above). If you have agreed to receive marketing communications, you may always opt out at a later date.

SodaRush would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
